FUCK YOU Paul Mattingly. This movie was GOOD. It was quite entertaining. The fights were fast and awesome, the CG was crisp and clean, and Palpatine was creepy and evil. It tied together the prequels and the first films nicely, and the shots were beautiful.
Your overwhleming desire to boo hiss everythign has pre-spoiled you for this movie and all future Lucas endeavors. It's not a goddamned high minded too fancy for itself oscar winner and it never was intended to be.

I have to agree with Paul. Sith was slightly better than ass. Its like Lucas had to tell a story and explain how things became the way they were over episodes 1, 2, and 3 but waited until Sith to do so. It was way too long and there were way too many inconsistencies. Plus, what happened to Leia knowing her mother from when she was young? In Jedi, Luke asks Leia if she remembers her mother. Leia says "Just a little bit. She died when I was very young." What, when she was 10 seconds old? What a bunch of crap. The fight scenes were pretty good, but still ridiculous. Fighting on platforms 1 foot above a river of lava, and they aren't even sweating, let alone bursting into flame? Are Jedi's flame retardant? Now I am being nit picky, but c'mon, this is Star Wars, the biggest movie saga of all time. So my rating of Sith is even though the fight sequences were exciting and pretty good, in the end the movie is ass-tastic.
