Hey Sugar Bear
So my internet was down for a day or so but now I'm back. Feeling kind of crappy today, sore throat and a stuffed up head. My ears are popping over and over. I do believe I will return to bed for a while and try to sleep it off.
I'm going to see Anne next week! Just seven short days from now. She is very good for me. Even over the phone she can cheer me up and get me inspired. Much love, sweetness.

Be sure to wear flowers in your hair
Anne took me to San Francisco!!!
I had never been before, besides the quick trip earlier this year to see mc chris in concert. Overwhelmed, that's what I was. I got off the plane and zoom we were off on Anne and Paul's weekend of adventure and romance. First stop the Argent hotel in lovely downtown SF. Pimp class room fo sho! The place was great but we couldn't stay long we had a boat to catch. We headed down to fisherman's wharf where we grabbed some delish fish for lunch, crab cakes for the kid, shrimp sandwich for the lady. It was so fresh it was still swimming. We then took the boat tour of the Bay. Truly awesome going under the Golden Gate Bridge. The boat tour was recorded and played back over bullhorn speakers from circa 1812. It was replete with fake sound effects of sea birds, sea lions and even water and boat sounds. Guess they really wanted to remind you you were on a boat on water. We passed the cool fort under the bridge then we went by "The Rock". Alkatraz is creepy even just sailing by in the sunshine. Once we hit dry land we walked the pier and found the sea lions. We got to hear some good country music and bought a disk to take home. I had no idea there were so many robot people in San Francisco! Every 2 feet there was another street performer spray painted up like a robot. I'm in the wrong business. We went to the Aquarium. I really dug it. They had a moving sidewalk that goes throughout to overhead tank tunnel. Very nice. There was a display of skate eggs in different stages of development that was really cool. This is when I started to get really tired.
See I was still recovering from last week and the convention-but that's another post-anyway, "Whinny Paul" started to creep to the surface so instead of going to the Improv show that Anne had found for us I asked that we just retire to the hotel. In my defense I was going on 4 hours of sleep. For the prosecution, I was a Jackass. That said, It was still an awesome day. I just wish I had not been so exhausted.
I finally felt more like myself on Monday night. Suddenly I found myself in Dave And Busters!!!! Lord, I have come home. Dave and Busters is an Arcade, plus food and booze. 'Nuf Said. So I was crazy happy. Anne was glowing. It goes without saying that I think she is incredibly beautiful, however that beauty is exponentially increased when I see the woman I love behind the wheel of a Tokyo Cop police chase simulator arcade cabinet. She took me to school on the mean streets of virtual Tokyo! That's right, my girl is a Frag Doll! We started to play some ticket redemption games and there was this one that Anne's friend Sara showed me called FLAMING FINGER! You drag this led light through a maze by pressing on the screen. I won the jackpot! 199 tickets! Big High Five! So we grabbed some swag from the ticket shop, said our goodbyes to Renaldo and the other PGA employees that had gathered for the party, then we were on out way home. I have never felt as blissful as I did on the car ride back to her apartment. That night is sealed in my heart.
I get so little time with Anne and I always want every minute to be perfect. We always try to cram a months worth of couplehood into two days. Anne cooked me breakfast, Pancakes and eggs, yummy, then we cleaned house and walked to the grocery store and back. I made Don's classic spinach avocado dip and it was good eats. Anne made a yellow cake with chocolate icing, my favorite cake of all the cakes, ever. Then we watched a classic flick on AMC "Please Don't Eat The daises" with Doris Day. Finally just relaxing on the couch, together and happy.
I miss you baby

I need a transporter!
Damnit, Jim, I need a transporter!
I wish I could just beam out to San Jose, just for a few hours, to see Anne. Argh. Why is it not the future yet? Where is my flying car? Boo.
My car sounds a bit funny lately. A little more shaky at stops than I like. The brakes are fine, it just seems the transmission may be getting a tad slippery. I cant imagine why. She's only 13 years old. Oh, Pretty Hate Machine, please do not leave me.
As I have mentioned before CONVENTON is upon us at STAR TREK!! Now is the time to visit STTE if you haven't already. If you have, come back, please we miss you. If all goes according to plan you will be able to see my new promotional videos playing in the que line of our ride! Look out Frank Capra, here's Paul! [tee hee]
Big thanks to Jeff, Amahal, and Phill, for all their hard work on the editing of these pieces. Couldn't do it without you. Also huge shout outs to all involved in the filming process itself especially Jared and Todd, who really helped me get going on Sunday when things seemed bleak.
I said bleak not Bleeg. We are losing Bleeg Sunday is the last day that Todd will be a Ferengi with us at STTE. The man has put in mad hours under the mask. Only his fellow galactic transplants can truly appreciate what that means. To say I am sad that he is leaving would be a gross understatement. We will have a new alien, but we can never replace Bleeg. If Klingons had tear ducts, I would weep.

Best believe I gets it done
Work
Lots of it and good stuff. I'm finalizing the video material I shot for trek with the help of Jeff and Amahal. Sooooo Good. Can't wait to get this all done.
We had a really great rehearsal for SCRIPTLESS on wed. nite. The cast has really grown close this year. My goodness a year! It... I swear time is way out of control right now. These folks are like family now in many ways. I'm lucky to get to play with them every week. Big thanks to Liz for pushing us in the right directions.
Now the sappy stuff:
I'll never be able to accurately put into words what Anne means to me. I do so love that girl. I hope that all of you one day experience what it's like to be with someone who changes the way you see yourself for the better. You rule, Sugarbear.
Love TFP
