Awesomeness
On Thursday, Dec 1, The Famous Paul will be 31 years old!
To celebrate this momentous occasion I humbly request your company at the Brenden theatres at the Palms late on Thursday night For the 12:01 am showing of Aeon Flux! Much like myself, this is a cartoon that has transformed into a live action piece. I would also like to grab some grub before the show. There is a great Mexican place inside the Palms, let's say 10:00pm shall we? Hopefully there will be time for some STAR WARS penny slots as well! As always,If you are reading this, consider yourself totally invited. Be there or be a parallelogram.
So I'm at the trek doin the klingon thing when who do I see? Milla Kunis and Macully Culkin! No lie, they are totally an item right now! So Milla, who makes me flutter, Is walking past Voq'ha and as our eyes meet she proclaims, "That is a good looking Klingon!". There is officially nothing left for me to do in that suit that can top receiving that comment. Well, maybe one thing but that's messy.
Doing a lot of work at the Second City lately. We had so much fun on Saturday night. The audiences were still suffering from turkey comas but we got through it. It was just ridiculous. Richard came to see the 10:30 show which was cool of him. The SET is on tonight, so If you are feelin' it come on down to the Las Vegas Little Theatre tonight at 9:30. We be bringin' our A game Fools!
Hope your Holidays were thankful. Me, I'm enjoying the first real off time I have had in 2 months! It's funny. I've been so busy that the moment I start to slow down I feel like I really need to be doing something. I have been busy though, cleaning house and such. Still more of that to do. My dryer is busted so hopefully that will be rectified asap. Working out Is now officially a habit with me and that is something I never thought I would be able to say. Today I am at 216.5lbs. That is almost exactly 30lbs. Down from where I was last year. Thirty down, thirty to go!
love, TFP

218.5 again
There is your tally ladies and gentlemen. Still less than the old 220 mark that I had such a hard time breaking through but now the battle to 210 really starts in earnest.
I subed in for Bridget last night on the mainstage at Second City. I'm going back in again tonight as well for 2 more shows. I regrettably had to miss the s.e.t. , which has really become a highlight of my week for me despite the rather considerable time commitment. My friend John Barrett was in town so he got to come see the 10:30 show and then we kicked it at the Crown and Anchor for an hour or so. It was really cool to catch up with Barrett. He seems to be doing quite well in Memphis. He told me he has five cats in his house and that his wife wished to adopt a sixth feline to occupy their domicile but he had to lay down the law. Yea, B, "You only get five cats!", that's drawing the line in the sand. Skilz joined up with us then we made one of our middle of the night Wall Mart runs. We have been doing that since forever. Almost every week, we find one night to go to Wall Mart. Usually it is Monday night because when you go on Monday night at like 2am, they are stocking the shelves in the electronics department with the new DVD releases that come out on Tuesday. We buy a movie and go watch it, or we buy a videogame and play it. Skilz bought Madagascar last night but I was too tired at 3:30 to entertain the Idea of watching a full feature film so we called it a night. They have an X-Box 360 display up and running in the videogames section. I just don't see it yet, the supposed leap in graphic output and processing power that a next generation system is supposed to bring with it. Yes, the pre-rendered FMV stuff looks gorgeous but the actual gameplay is still fairly comparable to what we have now. I know this will change as the developers get their heads around the machine but right now, the 360 looks like a bit of a rush job to me. Oh I'll get one, just not 'till like a year from now when they have worked out the kinks in the hardware and someone produces a killer app that I can't live without......HALO 3?
I talked to Anne the other night for a long while on the topic of politics and world events. Good conversation. I realy enjoy chatting her up from time to time. We concluded that things are still FUBAR and no simple solution is in sight. That said, things are good and the world keeps spinnin. I miss that beautiful girl.

George Lucas owns me
Well I am addicted to SW Battlefront 2!
It is a great game. One that holds my ever shrinking attention span for longer and longer periods of time. I can have an enjoyable encounter with the game in the span of one half hour session. That's really all the time I have to devote to games on most days and it's a great wind down at the end of the night. The space combat battles are really sweet. Reminds me of X-wing vs. Tie Fighter for the PC meets crimson Skies.
I worked out yesterday and now my legs are really feeling it. Its a good thing though. I am determined to keep dropping the pounds. My birthday is right around the corner and at this rate I hope to be just over 30 pounds lighter than I was this time last year! Yea for me.
I am working on another cartoon with Charlie. Check It. TFP FC2.jpg FC3.jpg

Today was a good day
That just about sums it up. I started early with a monorail pro mo run at 9:30. Good times! Then the veteran's day crowd started to filter into the Experience and what a great vibe there was today. It really felt great to be a Klingon. Some friends of my mom's showed up midday and shared a quick laugh, then I finished up my runs with a tip from a cool guest. That's high livin' folks. During my breaks today I started reading Pride And Prejudice. Quite enjoyable, and the day flew by thanks to my head being lost in the story. I do believe that I shall affect a rather more refined tone when scribing these notes henceforth. Surely you will not judge me harshly if my prose goes astray. I know how keen you all are to cut me with a jibe at my expense but I beg you show some civility towards my humble observations and reminiscences. I do so love you all. TFP

Holy Monkey Poo
Well, Well, Quite a few days have gone by since my last post so here we go.
The third annual Darren And Paul Halloween bash was a rousing success. Thank you to all who attended and brought with you copious amounts of libations. An even bigger thank you goes out to Barry, Skilz, Johnny, Nicki, and Lynn for helping me clean up after the apocalypse left the house. Big Fun!
Anne was here for like almost a full five days!! I almost lost my mind. It was so good to have her near again. I really miss being around her. This was a very good visit for both of us. We had a lot of fun just relaxing and being in the company of good friends. She is still as amazing as ever. She allays knows just the right thing to say. She was super cute as Dorothy for Halloween. Lucky Boy I am!
So I was Magnum P.I. for Halloween. Breaking with tradition. It was fun. My mustache gave me power.
Work is mega blah. I still like the job but it is slow going lately and I am still trying to fully recover from being mildly sick all week last week. I'm fine til I go to bed then I start to wheeze and cough like an elderly clown with some clown disease that makes you cough up balloon animals but they aren't balloon animals, they are phlegm.
Teaching is going quite well as is my coaching work with the hot new comedy group "Extemporaneous"! The S.E.T. in general has been steadily rockin out. Last week was damn funny and fun to be a part of.
I need to sleep now Here is your new screen saver TFP dorthy%20and%20magnum.jpg
