Maybe you have heard me mention this band before. Guided By Voices http://gbvdb.com/ is the greatest rock and roll outfit ever! Frontman Robert Pollard is still kickin out the jams and is even responsible for the soundtrack to the new Stephen Soderbergh movie "Bubble". The Honk got me the final concert DVD "The electrifying Conclusion" for Christmas. Yea Honk.

I have begun my new personal trainer workout and diet regimen this week. So far so good. I shall update you soon.

Work is good. We said goodbye to Martin this week so that sucked but other than that, I am incapable of complaint.

I got to visit with Anne last week. It was our one year anniversary! She baked me a cake while I slept in on Wednesday. That my friends is LOVE! We had a really great time. We even beat Gwen and An in a rousing game of Taboo! I so thoroughly enjoy that girl. She got a new haircut that looked amazing. It amplified her already supernatural hotness by a factor of seven. She makes me laugh, makes me feel strong, makes me happy when I'm all boo hoo. I am so lucky to have her in my life.

I'm going to be selling a crap ton of toys in the next few weeks. If you are interested in SPAWN action figures and other assorted cool swag, let a brother know.

So yes this is a way late post. I've been doing some things and recovering from the nastiest cold I can ever remember having. Remember in that post back on the 12th of December when I said I was sick? Yea, I just got over that cold! Boo Hiss!

Second City week one is finally complete. It feels amazing to be doing this for a living finally. Really a dream com true.

Anne was here this week. She and Britt got to see the show on Monday night and it was a good one. We had lots of fun even though I had to crap out on new years and stay at home nursing a cough. I cant wait till she's back in Vegas. We are very close to our one year anniversary. Holy paper gift Batman!

I need some new music. My I-pod Shuffle that Anne got for me rocks. Any good tune recommendations people? Drop me a line.
